A trilingual interpreter is a skilled professional and is proficient in three languages. They should be able to mediate between three cultures and facilitate cross cultural communication. Currently there are no all inclusive programs for Trilingual interpreters (spoken Spanish/American sign language/spoken English) as well as no certification available to test all three languages.
